Biography

1. Jennifer Anaton (Technical Director, Arcadis)

 

Jennifer is Technical Director at Arcadis and has over 20 years of experience in bridge design in Australia. She carried out independent verification for road, rail, and pedestrian bridges for many projects to ensure that analysis/design and drawings comply with the Australian Standards, project specifications, VicRoads/MTM, and V/Line requirements. Jennifer carried out tender designs for major projects including WestGate projects and many level crossing projects and completed many detailed design and proof engineering for various bridges, verified assessment and strengthening of existing bridges for several projects.

2. Young Park (Account Manager, MIDAS IT)

 

Young Park is a Civil Engineering Technologist, graduated from Cambrian College in Canada. With over two years at Decast LTD, they specialized in prestressing girders, concrete testing, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Currently, he works as an Account Manager at MIDASIT, leveraging their technical expertise to manage client relationships and drive infrastructure projects. Young Park strongly focuses on quality control and process improvement in their role in the civil engineering field.

3. Pranav Mahendra Vaishampayan (Technical Engineer, MIDAS IT)

 

Pranav Mahendra Vaishampayan is a Structural Engineer who brings expertise in structural dynamics and a wealth of experience in building projects. He has proven his proficiency at Midas IT and have been providing technical support, training, and solutions to clients for products like midas Civil and Gen. Also conducted training sessions in Australia on the analysis and design of Super T girder bridges, focusing on moving loads and construction stage analysis.
