     Mr. Sumant Kushwaha is a Technical Support Engineer at MIDAS IT with over five years of consultancy experience in global infrastructure and building design. He specializes in MIDAS GEN and FEA-NX, providing technical guidance, advanced analysis support, and workflow optimization to engineers worldwide. Prior to MIDAS IT, he worked with Ramboll (REC-India), Miyamoto International, and L&T Construction, contributing to the design and detailing of RC, steel, and timber structures across projects in the US, Europe, and India. He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from IIT Guwahati, with research focused on nonlinear seismic performance of masonry infilled RC structures. He is proficient in finite element analysis, code-based design, and simulation-driven engineering, and actively supports engineers through training sessions and technical consultations.
