◆ EXCLUSIVE GTS NX HANDS-ON WORKSHOP IN CHENNAI ◆
Geotechnical Modelling  •  Slope Stability  •  Ground Improvement

Slope Stability Analysis & Ground Improvement Techniques using MIDAS GTS NX

     📝 OVERVIEW

Develop practical expertise in slope stability analysis and ground improvement using MIDAS GTS NX.
The MIDAS GTS NX Hands-on Workshop: Slope Stability Analysis & Ground Improvement Techniques is designed to provide participants with practical experience in geotechnical numerical modelling and the evaluation of soil stability and ground improvement solutions.
    SLOPE STABILITY ANALYSIS
Explore how MIDAS GTS NX can be used to assess slope stability under different soil and loading conditions. Learn how to analyse the effects of groundwater and seepage, evaluate soil behaviour, and interpret numerical analysis results to understand potential failure mechanisms and support geotechnical design decisions.
    WORKSHOP COVERAGE

    01
    Slope Stability

    02
    Groundwater & Seepage

    03
    Ground Improvement
    MODELLING & ANALYSIS WORKFLOW
Gain hands-on experience in model development, material property definition, boundary conditions, and construction staging. Learn to interpret analysis results to evaluate soil stability, understand potential failure mechanisms, and assess geotechnical performance under different conditions.
    PRACTICAL ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS
Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will explore how numerical modelling supports geotechnical design decisions, improves the assessment of potential failure mechanisms, and helps evaluate the effectiveness of ground improvement measures in real-world engineering projects.
    WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This hands-on workshop is relevant to geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, consultants, and engineering professionals involved in slope stability assessment, soil behaviour evaluation, ground improvement, and geotechnical design.
Workshop Takeaway: Develop practical understanding of slope stability and ground improvement using MIDAS GTS NX, from geotechnical model development and analysis setup to results interpretation, failure mechanism assessment, and evaluation of ground improvement solutions.
