He specialises in tactically prioritising, developing and delivering complex multi-disciplinary major civil Infrastructure Projects in the Nigeria, and English-Speaking Countries in Africa.
He has over 18 years of experience covering complex road, rail, water, and energy projects both in the Nigeria and overseas. Neville focus, on developing the strategic technical capability of a firm, and it’s competitive advantage, to deliver on the organization’s promise and objective, of creating unique value for the firm’s client’s business portfolio, by driving to fruition, the firm’s business focus level strategy, to exploit, and maximise prevailing and emerging market opportunities, to increase the organizations potential ability and operational performance to earn above average returns in the ever changing business space.

He has pursued his Masters in Structural Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and has 5+ years of experience in the design of bridges and building projects. He has helped various clients with their projects with modelling and analysis of various structures (RCC, PSC, Steel), and complex bridges (Cable-Stayed, Suspension, and Extradosed). Akshay has handled a vast number of national and international clients resolving technical issues and providing one-to-one solutions.
