    Gang Yu is Principal Asset Engineer of Transport Structures at Auckland Transport, with over 20 years’ experience in civil infrastructure project management, design, delivery, and asset management across the public and private sectors. Gang leads and supports initiatives that help maintain the safe, reliable performance of structural assets across Auckland’s transport network, partnering with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to strengthen system resilience and sustainability.
    In 2025, Gang was appointed a Fellow of Engineering New Zealand in recognition of outstanding leadership and significant contributions to the engineering profession in Aotearoa New Zealand.
    Gang is also committed to supporting the engineering community, serving on the Engineering New Zealand Auckland Branch Committee and contributing as a Chartership Practice Area Assessor, mentoring engineers through their professional development.

    Senior Project Engineer | Holmes

    Willem is a Chartered Professional Bridge Engineer with 10 years of experience in analysis, design, design management, and construction monitoring of bridge structures. He has worked on pedestrian, road, and rail bridges across South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
    Currently based in New Zealand, Willem manages both design and design management for bridge infrastructure projects. His notable New Zealand projects include the Kaitoke Flume Bridge, Takutimu North Link, Highgate Bridge, Auckland Transport Modular Bridge, Tauranga City Council rail underpass, and pedestrian boardwalk, Muriwai Downs Golf Course Pedestrian Bridge.
    Willem's international experience and proven track record on major infrastructure projects make him a key contributor to Holmes Group's structural engineering capabilities.

    Technical Manager | MIDAS IT
    Harsha is the Technical Manager for the Oceania region at MIDAS IT, with over 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. He specialises in advanced numerical modelling and provides expert support for geotechnical and structural analysis across dams, hydropower, underground, mining, and other critical infrastructure projects. Harsha's expertise also includes thermal and seismic simulation of complex geotechnical systems. He leads the seamless delivery of solutions in dam engineering, ensuring industry-leading support and innovation in geotechnical modelling. Through consultancy, training, and international workshops, he empowers professionals with both practical insights and theoretical foundations in geotechnical and structural modelling, fostering excellence across the engineering community.

Currently based in Sydney, Pranav has been supporting the Australian, New Zealand, and Pacific Island markets for the past two years, working closely with local engineers to address region-specific challenges.
