This session would cover tunnel modelling approaches, and explanation about advanced features available in Midas GTS NX including tools to create Tunnel section, advanced material models for modelling rocks and joint sets, elements to model joints- radial, circumferential, lining segments & cracks modelling, Tunnel Modelling Wizard, Stage Wizard- for construction stage definition, stress relaxation & contraction (Volume Loss) simulation in the program, etc. Participants can also repeat also the modelling and analysis steps simultaneously to get a Hands-On Learning experience for Midas GTS NX as the training will cover all the steps from scratch.
