    Brian has worked for more than 30 years in the hydropower market on over 50 hydropower and pumped storage projects spanning multiple continents. He joined Mott MacDonald in 2014 and has been the Global Hydropower Practice Lead since 2018.

     

    He has expertise in the development, design and construction of hydropower schemes, has worked on projects ranging in size from 1MW to 7.2GW and is an advocate for the increased use of digital engineering within Mott MacDonald. This along with his leadership has helped Mott MacDonald to now be regarded as one of the foremost pumped hydropower consultants.

    Harsha is a geotechnical engineering specialist with over 7 years of experience in FEA-based structural and geotechnical analysis for dams and critical infrastructure. His expertise includes thermal and seismic simulations, as well as numerical modeling for civil engineering, mining, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

     

    As Technical Manager for Oceania, Harsha provides consulting, training, and expert support, helping engineers optimize dam analysis and geotechnical modeling. He also leads international workshops, bridging theoretical insights with real-world applications.

    Dileep is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, specializing in hydropower projects across Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Africa, India, and Australia. His expertise includes feasibility studies, tender design, and detailed design for projects ranging from 2.6 MW to 1680 MW.

     

    In Australia, he has contributed to dam safety reviews, consequence assessments, and risk evaluations. As a structural designer, he has led the analysis and design of dams, tunnels, powerhouse structures, and appurtenant works. He has served as both the owner's and contractor's engineer, managing tender documentation, electro-mechanical design coordination, and site support. His work also extends to infrastructure facilities such as roads, bridges, and buildings for hydropower projects.
