He specializes in numerical analysis for dams, hydropower, and underground works, including thermal and seismic simulations, and provides consulting and training worldwide.
  • Oguz Salih Okcu Geotechnical Engineer | DOLSAR Engineering Inc. Co. Oguz Salih Okcu is a geotechnical engineer at DOLSAR Engineering, specializing in seepage, stress, and dynamic analyses for dams and industrial foundations. With a strong background in seismic hazard analysis and data science, he is proficient in tools like Midas GTS NX, Rocscience, Python, and R for geotechnical simulations and earthquake data processing.
  • Ahmed Mneina PhD candidate, P.Eng | Western University Ahmed Mneina is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, holding a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Western University. Since 2018, Ahmed has worked on various infrastructure projects, including two major wind turbine projects in Ontario Canada. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Western University, where his research focuses on the testing and numerical modeling of helical piles and grouted helical piles. His research work was recognised by several awards including WORLDiscoveries Annual Vanguard Award 2018.
  • Dr. Praveen Huded Geotechnical Engineer | MIDAS IT Dr. Praveen Huded is a geotechnical engineer with expertise in the analysis and design of pile foundations in liquefiable soils and seismic hazard assessment. At MIDAS, he is responsible for developing and validating numerical models, delivering customized simulation-based solutions to clients.
  • Vatan Sharma Technical Team Lead | MIDAS IT Vatan Sharma is a Technical Team Lead at the MIDAS R&D Centre, with a postgraduate degree in Earthquake Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He specializes in tunnel and underground structure design and has delivered technical training for government and multinational clients across topics such as slopes, dams, and hydropower projects.
  • Pragati Saxena Geotechnical Engineer | MIDAS IT Pragati is a Geotechnical Engineer with a Master’s degree from IIT and expertise in numerical modeling using Midas GTS NX. Q. How do I earn the certificate?
