    He is a Technical Support Engineer at MIDAS R&D Centre, India, holding a master's degree in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is passionate about the design of bridges, buildings, and general structures, with a keen interest in Finite Element Analysis and the design of various structures, including Integral Bridges, Truss Bridges, RCC T Girder bridges, Steel and PSC composite girder bridges, Segmental box girder bridges, Cable-stayed bridge, among others. He has over 3 years of experience in the design and review of bridge projects. Additionally, he has conducted many Midas Civil workshops and trained numerous engineers worldwide through online and onsite training sessions. He possesses a sound knowledge of Indian, American, European, British, and South African Standard codes.

    With vast experience in the infrastructure industry, Mr. Mital offers technical insights across various bridges, catering to both public sector units and private enterprises. His proficiency spans the design of minor as well as major bridges. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, Mr. Mital earned his Master’s in Structural Engineering and brings a wide range of expertise in the field of bridge engineering from his tenure as a structural engineer.
