Q4. Can the Civil NX file be opened in Midas Civil?
Yes. Midas Civil NX models can be aved as .mcb files, which are compatible with Midas Civil.
Q3. Is AutoCAD supported for importing drawings into Civil NX?
Yes. You can easily import .dxf files directly from AutoCAD.
Q5. Does the wizard automatically apply zero self-weight to dummy transverse sections?
Yes. When using dummy transverse sections, the software applies a material with zero weight density to simulate no self-weight.
Q6. How does Midas handle the equivalence between steel and concrete in composite sections?
It considers the ratio between the elastic moduli of steel and concrete.
