    Er. Surya Kusuma Director | H&T Consulting Engineers Pte Ltd

    Er. Surya Kusuma earned his degrees from NUS and ETH Zurich and has over 25 years of experience in prestressed concrete bridge design and construction, including segmental works. He has led over 10 bridge projects in Singapore and contributed to major overseas projects such as the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Link Road and Jakarta MRT. He also specializes in erection equipment design and the inspection, repair, and strengthening of prestressed concrete structures.

    Syahmi Lotfi Structural Design Engineer | OSD Consultants

    Syahmi Lotfi is an engineering professional with experience spanning civil and structural projects in foundational works. He has worked closely with both public and private stakeholders, bridging technical execution and design intent. Over the past years, he has applied MIDAS Civil extensively, gaining practical insight into how advanced analysis tools support design efficiency and project delivery.

    Dr. Ir. Altho Sagara is a civil engineer and lecturer at Parahyangan Catholic University, specializing in structural and material engineering. He holds a Ph.D. from ITB on seismic retrofitting of non-ductile joints with FRP. With 12+ years of experience, he is Co-Founder and Principal Engineer at PT Enjiniring Pilar Cakrawala, with expertise in structural analysis, concrete and bridge engineering, and earthquake engineering. He has also published widely on seismic performance and structural behavior.
