 Antonio-Andrei Cristian is a Structural Engineer, PhD candidate, with over 10 years of national and international experience ranging from conceptual design to detailed analysis, seismic assessment and forensic evaluation of complex projects in the nuclear, energy, telecommunication, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors (including Cernavodă NPP Units 3&4, seismic assessments in the Netherlands, and projects in the U.S., France and Portugal).

He began his career as a structural engineer in 2012 after graduating from the Polytechnic University of Milan, gaining broad experience across industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects as a designer and project engineer. He joined SCE Project in 2019, contributing to projects such as Assago (U1 and U2), RB2, and the structural reassessment of San Siro Stadium, while also playing key roles in major infrastructure works including the El-Ferdan swing bridge over the Suez Canal, the Thumane–Kashar Highway bridges in Albania, and the Napoli–Bari railway project.

 Rohith is the Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Midas IT Europe. He has more than 3 years of experience in the Geotechnical Engineering industry with specialization in Finite Element Modelling and Analysis. Rohith brings a balanced perspective combining software expertise with industry experience in engineered ground solutions (including previous work with Maccaferri), enabling practical and technically robust modelling strategies. As part of the technical team at Midas, Rohith has been involved in the continuous advancement of Midas GTS NX by translating complex engineering problems into efficient computational workflows and supporting consultants, contractors and researchers in delivering reliable and optimized design.
