     Dr. Mehdi Ebadi is a geotechnical engineer with over 18 years of experience spanning consulting, academia, and industry in Ireland, Iran, and Canada. As Associate Director at AGL Consulting in Dublin, he has led the design and independent checking of complex infrastructure projects worldwide. His professional practice is complemented by prior academic experience as an Assistant Professor, where he contributed to applied research and geotechnical technology development.

     Rohith is the Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Midas IT Europe. He has more than 3 years of experience in the Geotechnical Engineering industry with specialization in Finite Element Modelling and Analysis. Rohith brings a balanced perspective combining software expertise with industry experience in engineered ground solutions (including previous work with Maccaferri), enabling practical and technically robust modelling strategies.
