He is a Civil Structural Engineer with a strong academic background, holding both an M.Eng. and an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

His expertise lies in the design and analysis of Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, and Composite Structures, with applications ranging from bridges and canopies to specialized buildings. He also works on structural retrofitting projects, deepening his knowledge in strengthening existing infrastructure.

Senior Civil & Structural Engineer, MSc, MBA

Kyriakos Papoutsakis is a Civil & Structural Engineer (N.T.U.A.) with a Master’s in Management & Business Administration (Athens MBA). He has over 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including metro stations and retaining walls, in Greece, Qatar, and India. Kyriakos is skilled in project management, coordination, and expertise, with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. He excels in team environments, adapts well under pressure, and continuously seeks to expand his knowledge.

Principal Civil & Structural Engineer, MSc

Dimitris Mouroukis is a structural engineer with over 20 years of international experience in infrastructure design, including stations, bridges, buildings, and tunnels. He has led multidisciplinary teams and developed design and construction specifications across various standards such as Eurocodes, Indian, British, and Hellenic codes. His expertise lies in structural and seismic design, offering strategic and innovative technical solutions with a strong foundation in leadership, integrity, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Senior Technical Engineer

After obtaining his MSc in Civil Engineering in Naples (Italy), he worked for more than 13 years as a Civil engineer and Technical Engineer in medium and large infrastructure projects, specializing in bridges and tunnels. Currently, he provides technical support and engineering expertise consultation for European customers related to the use of the MIDAS family software and the optimization of designers’ workflow.
