Harsha Tadavarthi is the Geotechnical Team Leader and Technical Manager at MIDAS IT, with over seven years of experience in geotechnical engineering. He provides expert support and training for GTS NX and SoilWorks users across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, civil engineering, and mining. He also conducts international workshops to share practical applications and theoretical insights in geotechnical modelling, and currently oversees MIDAS IT’s technical operations in the Oceania region.

Projects Director | Newbridge Civil Pty Ltd
Gary P. Preddey is a structural engineer with 30 years of experience designing buried structures in road, rail, and mining applications. He is a long-time member of various Australian/New Zealand Standard Committees, including the bridge code AS5100, buried corrugated metal structures AS/NZS2041, and earth retaining walls AS4678. He is a founding partner in the Australian civil engineering business Newbridge Civil Pty Ltd.
