Overview

This is an invitation to the upcoming seminar cum hands-on workshop on PSC I Girder bridge using IRC 112 and the MIDAS tool.
 
This seminar promises to be an enriching experience, offering in-depth insights into the advanced functionalities of MIDAS CIVIL and their application in bridge analysis and design. This allows engineers to extend the software's functionality and automate various tasks by using in built tools such as wizards for their day to day activities in analysis and design.

  • Mr. Arindam Nandy
    Chief Executive – Construction Consultancy Division, MACRON Technology Pvt. Ltd.
    With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure, Mr. Arindam Nandy is a seasoned leader in railroad and mega infrastructure projects. From greenfield railways to large-span bridges and offshore structures, his strategic leadership has shaped some of South Asia’s most complex projects, including the Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Line, 2nd Bhairab Railway Bridge (Bangladesh), and the Khulna-Mongla Port Rail Link.A specialist in high embankments, deep excavations, piling, and contract management, Mr. Nandy has held key roles at IRCON International and Texmaco Rail & Engineering. Known for his crisis-handling skills, quality and safety initiatives, and mentorship, he is a certified railway engineer and Primavera practitioner, widely recognized for delivering under extreme conditions. We’re honoured to welcome Mr. Nandy to our event — a rare opportunity to learn from one of the finest minds in infrastructure execution!
  • Eng. Md. Zeeshan Alam
    Technical Support Engineer, MIDAS
    Mohammad Zeeshan Alam holds a Master's degree in Structural Dynamics from IIT Roorkee, specializing in earthquake engineering with expertise in advanced non-linear analysis techniques such as Push-Over Analysis, Time History Analysis, Performance-Based Design etc.Before joining Midas IT, he gained 2.5 years of experience in infrastructure and building projects, managing the construction of a viaduct and metro station at the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project.At Midas IT, Zeeshan is responsible for providing technical support across Southeast Asian countries. He has conducted numerous onsite seminars, client meetings, and online webinars, helping professionals optimize their structural designs. He is well-versed in multiple design standards, including Indian Standards (IS Codes), Eurocodes, and American guidelines for bridges.
