Join us for the workshop on the analysis & design of Prestressed Composite-I and Box Girder Bridges using midas CIVIL NX.

    Analysis & Design of PSC Composite I Girder Bridge 1. Quick modelling of 2-span PSC Composite I Girder Bridge using Prestressed Composite Wizard
    2. Application of the moving load as per IRC 6
    3. Series Load Generator Plug-in to apply vertical axle loads, centrifugal loads, etc
    4. Load effect for LC Plug-in to calculate the contribution of each load case to the member forces
    5. General Section Designer (GSD) tool to design retrofitted columns with multiple material properties.
    6. M-Connector Add-Into link Excel to Civil NX
    7. Perform PSC design as per IRC 112 and report generation
    8. Demonstration of integrating Excel VBA & Python with Civil NX API

    Analysis & Design of PSC Box-Girder Bridge 1. Alignment Generator Plug-in generate the curved geometry of the bridge
    2. Series Load Generator Plug-in to define the vertical & centrifugal loads as per IRC 6
    3. Flared Pier Plug-in and Group Pile Plug-in to model pile cap and piles
    4. Tendon Profile Converter Plug-in to obtain accurate lengths of tendons in curved alignment
    5. General Section Designer (GSD) tool for Prestressed Section Design
    6. Node Local Axis Plug-in for extracting results in any local direction
    7. Demonstration of Grasshopper-Civil NX API link using MIDAS GH Plug-in
