Overview

A Prestressed Concrete (PSC) I-Girder Bridge is widely used in modern bridge construction for its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and structural strength. The "I-girder" shape optimizes load distribution, making it ideal for highways, railways, and urban overpasses.

This workshop will provide an in-depth understanding of PSC I-Girder Bridge modelling, focusing on construction stage analysis and automation to reduce repetitive work. Attendees will learn to automate bridge design using MCT Command Shell and Midas Connector, significantly improving workflow efficiency.

He possesses a sound knowledge of Indian, American, European, British, and South African Standard code.

    Vikram Singh is a Design Engineer (Bridges & Metros) at Tandon Consultants Pvt Ltd, specializing in the design of complex bridge structures, including Extradosed, Cable-Stayed, Steel, PSC & Box Girders, and Metro Projects (Elevated & Underground).A Structural Engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur, Vikram is passionate about automation in bridge design and will be leading Day 2 of the workshop, focusing on MCT Command Shell & Midas Connector for efficient and automated PSC I-Girder bridge modelling.
