Since Joining SMEC Basim has been involved on design and Proof engineering in numerous projects such as NEL, South Grade Tram Separation Project, Mandurah Estuary Bridge Duplication, City Link Red Stick Base Remediation project and Graham St Bridge strengthening. Basim has utilised his knowledge on Non-Linear analysis to preform complex checks such as concrete cracking, Anchorage zones in prestressing and non-standard interface connections.
