📝 Webinar Overview

Temperature effects play a crucial role in the performance and durability of structures, influencing everything from thermal cracking in mass concrete to fire-induced structural behavior. This webinar explores the thermal analysis capabilities of MIDAS CIVIL NX and FEA NX, covering temperature load modelling, Heat of Hydration analysis, and fire analysis. Through practical engineering workflows and real-world applications, participants will learn how to evaluate thermal stresses, predict structural performance under varying temperature conditions, and implement effective thermal control strategies for safer and more durable structures.
01
Model
Define temperature loads, thermal properties, and boundary conditions for realistic heat transfer simulations.
02
Analyse
Perform Heat of Hydration, thermal stress, and fire analyses to evaluate structural behaviour under temperature effects.
03
Evaluate
Interpret thermal responses and apply practical strategies to improve structural safety, durability, and design efficiency.
